In a groundbreaking move for the podcasting industry, Alex Cooper has signed a staggering $125 million deal with SiriusXM in 2024. This contract follows her previous $60 million agreement with Spotify, which was the largest exclusive deal for a woman-led podcast at the time.

Cooper, who began her podcasting journey with Call Her Daddy in 2018 alongside Sofia Franklyn, has transformed the show into an interview-focused format after going solo. Today, the podcast boasts approximately 10 million listeners, a testament to her influence and popularity in the media landscape.

In addition to her podcasting success, Cooper has founded Unwell Productions in 2023, aiming to expand her reach within the entertainment industry. “This has always kind of been the plan. This is a massive moment for Unwell’s evolution into a fully integrated media company,” Cooper stated, highlighting her ambition to diversify her projects.

Cooper’s ventures extend beyond podcasting. She is set to produce the reality dating series Love Overboard, which will premiere on Hulu on March 26, 2026. Additionally, she is involved in the upcoming Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special, scheduled to air on Disney+ on March 24, 2026.
