Microsoft confirmed the outages on its X account around 6:20 a.m. ET. By midday, Downdetector reported a peak of 1,516 user error reports at approximately 11:00 a.m. ET. As of 12:45 p.m., Microsoft’s status page noted ongoing service degradation for Outlook.
