Canada’s Wonderland is preparing to unveil a re-themed roller coaster, The DareDeviler, as part of its exciting lineup for the 2026 season. The park will open its doors on May 3, kicking off a summer filled with thrilling attractions and events.

The DareDeviler is a revamped version of the former Flight Deck roller coaster. Heather Hill, spokesperson for the park, stated, “We’re excited to breathe new life into one of our classic roller coasters.” With this re-theme, guests can expect a smoother and more comfortable ride experience.

In addition to the new coaster, Canada’s Wonderland will host four distinct seasons of events throughout 2026. These include the popular Brew and BBQ festival, which will occur on June 6-7, 13-14, and 20-21. Hill noted that “Brew and BBQ will return to Canada’s Wonderland with bold flavours and summer vibes,” featuring over 50 craft beers, ciders, and seltzers.

Other major events include Celebration Canada, KidZfest from July 22 to August 2, Oktoberfest from September 11 to 20, and Halloween Haunt. The park will also feature fireworks on May 17, July 1, and September 6.

The Splash Works area will open on May 23, offering guests access to 18 slides, a lazy river, wave pool, and more. This addition continues to enhance the water park experience at Canada’s Wonderland.

A new chaperone policy will be implemented starting on May 1. This policy requires guests aged 15 or younger to be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old. Each chaperone can supervise up to 10 younger guests.

Season passes are available online for just $89, granting unlimited access to the park and its events through Labour Day. The first preview day for season pass holders is set for May 1.

This upcoming season promises an exciting array of experiences for visitors. As construction progresses on The DareDeviler and other attractions, anticipation continues to build among fans of Canada’s Wonderland.
