Doris Mae Snyder passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 100. She was a dedicated community volunteer and a cherished family member.
Doris was born on May 16, 1925, to Leo and Veronica Schultz. She married Frank Snyder on February 25, 1946. Frank preceded her in death in 2012.
For 25 years, Doris volunteered at Massillon Community Hospital. Her efforts earned her recognition within the community. She was also an award-winning golfer and an avid bowler.
Doris is survived by her son James, sister Shirley Graybill, and grandchildren Julie Figurella and Jennifer Hauck. Her family remembers her as a beacon of love and support.
A graveside service for Doris will take place on May 16, 2026, at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens at 1:00 PM. The community is expected to gather to honor her remarkable life.
