New Features and Pricing for the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica
“Order books for the 2027 Pacifica are already open, and first deliveries are scheduled for the summer,” a spokesperson announced, highlighting the excitement surrounding the latest model from Chrysler.
The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is now available for order, with a starting price of $43,490. The Pacifica LX starts at $41,495, which is $100 more than the 2026 Voyager it replaces. This pricing reflects Chrysler’s strategy to position the Pacifica as a competitive option in the minivan segment.
One of the most notable updates for the 2027 model year is the introduction of a new front fascia, featuring vertical LED headlights and an illuminated grille. This design change is expected to enhance the vehicle’s aesthetic appeal, particularly for the Pacifica Select and higher trims, which will adopt a new look while the LX retains the Voyager’s appearance.
Under the hood, the Pacifica is equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Fuel economy is rated at 19/28/22 (city/highway/combined), making it a practical choice for families. Additionally, all-wheel drive is available for an extra $3,345 on Select, Limited, and Pinnacle trims, catering to drivers in regions with challenging weather conditions.
In terms of functionality, the 2027 Pacifica retains the popular Stow ‘n Go seating system, allowing second- and third-row seats to fold flat into the floor, maximizing cargo space. A new adjustable-height power liftgate is standard across all trims, making loading easier for drivers of all heights.
However, it is important to note that the Pacifica Hybrid has been discontinued for the 2027 model year, following a broader culling of PHEV models across the Stellantis group in America. This decision reflects the company’s shifting focus in the hybrid market.
Production of the 2027 Pacifica will take place at Stellantis’ Windsor Assembly Plant in Canada. As Chrysler has been suffering from a dearth of new product for what feels like forever, the introduction of the 2027 Pacifica is a significant step forward in revitalizing the brand’s offerings.
Details remain unconfirmed regarding other powertrain options, but the Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 is expected to return, ensuring that the Pacifica continues to deliver reliable performance for families and individuals alike.
