Kylie Jenner faces a second lawsuit from a former housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, alleging severe workplace discrimination and retaliation after reporting abuse.
Soto worked for Jenner for six years. She filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The lawsuit includes claims of racial discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Soto reported her treatment to human resources in 2024.
She claims her supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, mocked and humiliated her. After filing a complaint, Soto alleges she faced retaliation, including reduced pay and unreasonable workloads.
Soto’s hourly wage dropped from $41.66 to $35 following her complaints. This significant reduction contributed to her claims of unfair treatment.

Soto is seeking punitive and compensatory damages. She states that her mental and physical health deteriorated due to the alleged abuse.
During the legal proceedings, Soto attempted to inform Jenner directly about her mistreatment through a letter. However, she claims her concerns were ignored.
